4 cups cooked chicken diced
2 cups celery diced
4 ozs canned mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup pecan halves toasted
12 slices cooked bacon crumbled
13 1/2 ozs crushed pineapple drained
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsps salt
2 tbsps lemon juice
Toss first 6 ingredient together. Combine last four ingredients well for dressing. Add to chicken & toss.
Serving Ideas: Serve on cantaloupe rings for a beautiful luncheon plate.
